There are many ways to get to Boquete. If you come by plane from Panama City, you can either take a taxi from the Airport, or rent a car there. It will take you some 40 minutes to reach Boquete.
If you are driving from Panama City, it will take you some 5-6 hours to get to David (Capital of Chiriqui) from there, it will be some other 40 minutes to Boquete.
